Booking an Appointment
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Your card will be charged after the service or in accordance with the policies below.
Forms of Payment
At our spa, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and cash. In our online store you can pay with PayPal, or you can use your credit card without creating an account with PayPal. You can use your HSA + FSA to pay for Acupuncture!
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are applied.
24 Hour Advance Notice
We require 24 hours advance notice when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. We will allow you to reschedule this appointment once within a 4 week period without being charged. The only exception is spa parties where 72 hour notice is required.
Refunds are permitted if a series has not been initiated. After 60 days refunds are available only by check or Gift Certificate. Series’ are non-transferable.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their missed appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
Fabriq Spa packages and specials cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.
