Astrid (they/them) graduated from the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodywork. They specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, and integrative massage.

Astrid strongly believes in massage and bodywork for all people and all bodies. With a background in powerlifting and strongman, they are adept at finding trouble spots and restrictions in movement of the body. They are a life-long learner, and are constantly learning new techniques and modalities so that they can provide the best massage to suit your body and your needs.
